NEW HYMN BOOK LAUNCHED

The new Church Hymnal

The Church of Ireland Primate, Archbishop Eames, launched the new Church of Ireland Hymn Book on Saturday, 9 September 2000 at a service in St Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin.

Pam Rhodes of BBC's 'Songs of Praise' took part in the service, interviewing people involved with the compilation of the new hymnal.

Below are pictures of Archbishop Robin Eames, Pam Rhodes, Bishop Edward Darling and  Choristers from St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin who sang at the launch of the new Hymnal.

The Hymnal is available from APCK, the RE Resource Centre (Holy Trinity Church, Church Avenue, Rathmines, Dublin 6 - Tel: 01-4972821), the National Bible Society of Ireland (41 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 - Tel: 01-6773272) and from other booksellers.
