The purpose of the Board of Social Responsibility (RI) is to consider social issues and respond to situations arising in the Republic of Ireland.  Membership of the Board consists of diocesan representatives, in addition to representatives from the Mothers' Union, PACT and the Board for Social Responsibility (NI)
