However, many groups and committees within the Church, who have access to expertise in particular areas, are authorized to produce reports and statements in their own names. Oftentimes, the Bishops of the Church of Ireland will issue statements, either as a pastrol letter from the whole House of Bishops, or under their own names. These can be found under 'House of Bishops' on the left-hand menu.
