In due course, forms and reporting templates to assist parishes in adapting to the requirements of the Charities Legislation will be made available here.

At present, the charities regulators in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland have not prescribed exactly what will be required of parishes in both jurisdictions. The regulator in Northern Ireland is closer to implementation of the new legislation in the North, and the RCB is continuing to lobby for change to the current reporting thresholds set out in the legislation in so far as they would affect Church of Ireland parishes.
