Cars at the Cathedral for Riverfest
Over 120 years of motoring will be on show, ranging from an Irish built 1902 motorbike to a present day world speed record holder. The cars will include a 1905 luxury horseless carriage and a rare modern day Ferrari supercar. A number of the exhibits were previously displayed at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours in California and another competed in the gruelling Monte Carlo Rally.
On display inside the Cathedral will be a collection of restored pedal cars, never before seen design drawings, bicycles and rare motoring memorabilia.
Cars at the Cathedral, which runs from noon until 4pm on May 4th, represents a unique opportunity to see many vehicles and items that have never previously been on public display. Tickets can be bought on Eventbrite or at the gate. This is a charity event, and all profits will go to local charities.
