Bishop Ken Good welcomed the Mayor of Derry / Londonderry, Cllr Martin Reilly, to The See House on Wednesday 26 June.
During the visit Bishop Good and the Mayor discussed many issues concerning the life of the city, including the impact and legacy of the UK City of Culture Year. Both the Bishop and Mayor expressed the hope that legacy would be a positive one for the whole community.
Bishop Good said “I offer my congratulations and the good wishes to Mayor Reilly on his recent appointment. I was also glad to express to him the willingness of the Church of Ireland community to play our full part in our city, not only in this special year of celebration but in the years to come as well.”
