New Lay Ministers

The recently recruited Lay Ministers of the Eucharist from Carrigaline Union of Parishes who recently completed their training

Every three years, lay ministers of the Eucharist, who assist with the distribution of the sacrament, are recruited in the parishes of Cork, Cloyne and Ross. They receive a short course of training and are commissioned for ministry in the following three year period. The recruitment and training phase is currently under way, and the commissioning will be held in each parish as part of Sunday worship on Sunday, 6 Aprii 2014.
