Forms, Policies and Checklists

In this section you will find the Return to Work form together with the Staff and Committee Member & Visitor Contact tracing forms, all of which are required by Government to be completed. Also to be found here are the COVID–19 Emergency Policy, which makes some amendments to the standard Staff Policies in order to facilitate the current set of circumstances; and the Committee Member & Visitor Policy which sets out the RCB’s expectations and requirements for those people who do not work on a regular basis in either Church of Ireland House or the Library and who are not RCB employees. The third set of documents in this section are the Checklists which were used to draft the Response Plan and are referred to throughout that document.
