Interchangeability of Ministry Working Group
The first meeting of the Church of Ireland’s Interchangeability of Ministry Working Group took place at Church House, Dublin on Monday 30th March 2009. The Bishop of Derry and Raphoe, the Rt Revd Ken Good, was appointed as its Chairperson. This working group has been established in order to reflect on the issues involved, in line with The Covenant Council's interim report to the 2007 General Synod of the Church of Ireland and the Methodist Conference, 'Interchangeability of Ministry and Episcope: Key Issues for the Churches'.
The members of the working group are, as pictured above, L-R: Revd John McDowell; Revd Simon Doogan; Rt Revd Ken Good; Very Revd Susan Patterson; Rt Revd Michael Burrows; Mr Sam Harper; Ven Robin Bantry White; Ms Kate Turner; Very Revd Nigel Dunne; and Revd Peter Thompson.
