The Bishop of Cork, the Right Reverend Dr Paul Colton, has sent warm greetings on behalf of himself and everyone in Cork, Cloyne and Ross to the new Bishop of Borgå (Porvoo), in the Church of Finland – the Right Reverend Bo–Göran Åstrand – who was consecrated bishop yesterday, Sunday 29th September.
