The Lecale Area Mission Partnership (LAMP) is a group of predominantly rural parishes situated in County Down in the Church of Ireland Diocese of Down and Dromore.

We seek to appoint a Rector who:

• is an experienced spiritual leader who can manage, inspire and help to build a ministry team;
• has a heart for outreach and evangelism;
• is a skilled and sensitive preacher able to teach God’s word and communicate the gospel effectively;
• possesses the organisational skills necessary to manage a group like ours;
• will be actively engaged in an ecumenical context and
• will enable all within LAMP to be cared for pastorally in a robust and consistent way.
